Sometimes, there are tons of blessings that come to our life without us knowing about it. We seem to care only to those which affect us the most and the blessings we desired. But don’t you know that sometimes the things we consider as a disaster is a blessing in disguise? We never see anything as a blessing unless it is according to our will.
These so called “blessing in disguise” can actually benefit us. Though they seem to cause disastrous problems, after we finally overcome them, the true blessings will arise. Meaning though we don’t know, but the things we thought of as disaster is for the best of us. For example, if you won’t be passing the exam on your first choice of school, don’t be so depressed, this can be one of those blessings in disguise. What if your second choice of school can provide you more chances of having friends and at the same time balancing your studies? Isn’t that a better choice?
There are also instances wherein we will lose someone we love. We normally blame God but didn’t we realize that having our loved one rest is for the better? Would you rather be with her and see her suffer? Or lose her, but you know that her sufferings had ended and she can finally rest? Isn’t choosing the first one makes us selfish. See, God knows what’s best for us. We just can’t understand it unless we see the possible consequences. Remember, God is always with us and will never forsake us. He works in different ways, probably in ways we don’t understand, but always remember that this is for the better.
